what is breathwork? Breathwork is the conscious practice of changing your breathing pattern to regulate your nervous system which can then influence your emotional state & physical body.. My breathwork training comes from working with Christopher Gladwell, whose work integrates science, nervous system regulation and deep emotional processing. What this means for you: Sessions are grounded and trauma-aware You are never pushed beyond your capacity We move at the pace your body can hold Integration is just as important as activation I weave breathwork into my yoga sessions, allowing movement and breath to work together. I also offer dedicated 1:1 breathwork journeys for deeper personal exploration.  This is not about chasing peak experiences. It is about building resilience from the inside out.
